Expansion to our SOLIDLine Product Line

With SOLIDLine we are able to offer our customers the service and quality they have been accustomed to. So we are pleased that we have expanded our product range to include several new products.

SOLIDClick and SOLIDLock are new members of the SOLIDGrip family. The SOLIDClick 5-axis centering vice for contour clamping is available in two basic body widths (77mm / 125mm) and is compatible with our SOLIDPoint® products as well as with QuickPoint from Lang.

There are two different top jaws for the base jaws – SOLIDLock top jaws for mounting by means of mounting screws or SOLIDClick top jaws with quick-change jaw system for a jaw change within seconds. Even a change-over to SOLIDBolt is child’s play, thanks to simple exchange of the locating pins.

There are also some new additions to the SOLIDPoint® range, like the twin base and our double grid plate with combined zero point systems. This means that both the 52 and the 96 grid are combined in one plate. This is only available exclusively from HWR. The SOLIDPoint® locking technology also consists of significantly less components than comparable systems. This results in only minimal frictional losses and 3 times higher locking forces are generated.
