Impressive performance!

Reliability of the INOFlex® VT-S050 chuck, which we use in our production.

After intensive continuous operation in a three-shift system, we removed the chuck from our WFL M80 for routine maintenance and were overwhelmed by the result.

Although the chuck had been under heavy strain since May 2020, this was only our second major maintenance programme. It was therefore all the more astonishing that the chuck could be put back into operation immediately and without any additional maintenance measures, just like during the first maintenance. We found no traces of dirt, coolant or metal shavings inside – a sign of exceptional quality and precision in production. Even the grease was still bright and appeared fresh, which emphasises the low wear and high durability of the product.

This experience has far exceeded our expectations and emphasises how efficient and low-maintenance the INOFlex® VT-S050 really is. The ease of use and remarkable durability of the chuck are invaluable in our industry and emphasise the leading position of this product in terms of quality and reliability.
